THE INTERACTIVE AMRIT METHOD--I AM
The Amrit Method was developed by world-renowned Yogi Master Gurudev Amrit Desai (who founded Kripalu). The Amrit Method is a further refinement of these ancient yogic practices and are offered as part of Amrit Yoga or Integrative Relaxation (also known as Yoga Nidra)
Integrative Relaxation techniques are based on Yoga Nidra and will help you:
*Learn how to dismantle preconditioned reactive programming
*Learn to let go and discover how easily you can tap into relaxation, rejuvenation and restoration.
* Discover how to reduce stress and self-defeating behavior
* Learn how to feel better and reduce aches and pains, illnesses, and more.
* Develop your innermost self and connect with your highest potential
* Relax. Relax. Relax.
* Reconnect with joy and the freedom to find your inner child.
* Learn the secrets of yogic sleep which can deliver the benefits of 3-4 hours of sleep in just 30 minutes.
* Learn how to set your own intention for life.
If you can lie down or sit in a chair, you can do Integrative Relaxation.
AMRIT YOGA
Amrit Yoga, known as the Posture of Consciousness, is a metaphor for life. It's not about flexibility or exercise (although both may be benefits) but it's about learning how to accept yourself as you are and how to be present with what is. It teaches how to dismantle reactive behaviors that make life a stressful struggle. It is an empowering program combining active postures/asanas with dynamic stillness on the mat that can help transform your life off the mat into a joyful, effortless flow. Each session may be from 60 to 90 minutes. All levels and all yoga experiences are welcome. Just bring a yoga mat and an open mind and heart. Wear confortable clothes. No yoga experience necessary.
